Pursuant to Section 2.c. of the Formula Rate Implementation Procedures contained within Attachment R of the Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, Inc. Open Access Transmission Tariff, notice is hereby given of an Annual Update Meeting to be tentatively held on June 19, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST. The meeting will be held via Teams Meeting.
The Annual Update for rates effective July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 is posted below.
Interested parties and their respective representatives may seek information and clarifications from Golden Spread Electric Cooperative about the Annual Update and the charges produced thereunder.

On May 16, 2024, Golden Spread’s submitted its generator interconnection compliance filing required by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Order Nos. 2023 and 2023-A. The Docket Number is ER24-2027-000. A copy can be found below.
On December 13, 2022, Golden Spread Electric Cooperative submitted an errata to its May 10, 2022 compliance filing in Docket No. ER22-1841-000, which was Golden Spread’s first Order No. 676-J compliance submission. A copy can be found below.
On September 7, 2022, Golden Spread posted its Draft TPP. In accordance with Section 4.4 of Attachment K, Stakeholders shall have thirty (30) days to review the draft of the Plan and provide comments to the Transmission Provider. Any input should be provided by email to mjohnson@gsec.coop.
Pursuant to OATT Attachment K, Section 4.1, Golden Spread hereby solicits input on the needs that should be incorporated into the 2022 transmission plan to meet the anticipated future needs of its member distribution cooperatives and its customers who are receiving generator interconnection services and transmission services on or across Special Facilities situated in the Eastern Interconnection.
